WHAT IS SEASONAL IN YOUR MENU?
We do make Pumpkin Bagels, and also offer Pumpkin Spice Drinks during the winter season. We are working on more items and we take any suggestion you may have.
DO YOU REALLY BAKE YOUR BAGELS FRESH EVERY MORNING?
We proudly baked our bagels multiple times during the day, and we make our bagel dough from scratch throughout the week to satisfy our guest and our business needs.
WHAT HAPPENED TO PREVIOUS MENU'S ITEMS THAT WERE IN THE MENU?
Our business has been in our community for over 25 years and as time goes by, new leadership has come in to evolve on what's trending and what would reflect our brand to our community. This is why some menu items may not be available in our current menu. If you have any suggestions please email us, we would love to hear them.
WHAT IS YOUR NEW ACCOMMODATIONS YOU OFFER NOW SINCE THE WAKE OF COVID-19?
We follow all CDC and local guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in our community. We have CDC safety signs by each front door encouraging the guest to follow safety procedures while in our store. Please contact the CDC and local authorities for more information on this.
DO YOU MAKE DONUTS?
Yes this is a frequently asked question but we not make donuts at the moment. We focus on our strong suit, and that is Bagels. We do make very flavorful and sweet bagels such as our signature Cinnsational Bagel, Honey Wheat Bagel, Cinnamon-Raisin Bagel, Blueberry Bagel, etc. Please come in and try them out.
CAN THE ITEMS HAVE ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS THAT IS NOT ON THE MENU?
We can be versatile with the menu as long as the item/topping requested is available and make sense to our business model. If you are unsure what options you have, just contact one of our associates and they will be able to provide a thorough answer of your request.
WHAT CAN I DO IF ONE OF THE RIDE-SHARE APPS DOESN'T OFFER EXACTLY WHAT I WANT?
We recommend to find a item that suits closely to your request, and leave a detailed comment in your order. We do read comments. If you are still unsure, contact the ride-sharing company for more details or us. Please know that an extra charge may apply.

At this moment we are only taking applications in person. Please come and request one.
IS THERE ANY GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?
We are working to develop a much healthier bagel in the near future. Gluten-Free (plain flavor) is available.
IS THERE DECAF COFFEE AVAILABLE?
Due to a low demand of Decaf Coffee, we do not brew decaf coffee daily, only upon request and availability of it.
